I was the lead developer for in-house application to track mental health services for a number of corporate clients. Software operated real-time and was the primary application for over 90% of the clinicians. Initially written in Clipper for a DOS environment, upgraded to run under Windows 95 using Paradox tables, and then upgraded to run on Microsoft SQL server.

Responsibilities included database design, software design, tool selection, developer training, client application coding and testing, user training, SQL platform coding, and component design. System designed to use component based architecture to support a variety of SQL platforms, as well as local versions for demonstrating on laptop.
